Our expertise with specifying and installing new technologies lead to us being invited to participate in the design process of this project from the outset. This meant we were able to contribute greatly to the development of this flagship store; the first of its kind to use such innovative cladding systems.
Our strategic partnering approach enabled us to manage subcontractors efficiently, provide one point of contact for the client, and deliver the project efficiently, on programme and within budget. Because of the tight site footprint, in close proximity to a busy dual carriageway, we needed to give careful consideration to logistical planning, to ensure a safe manner of operation. As with all projects we undertake, we carried out risk assessments and tailored a bespoke health and safety approach before work on site began.
