Because of our in depth knowledge and vast experience with materials, we were able to advise the client on the specification of their building envelope. As the site footprint was very tight, we called in our envelope site team to design and construct a bespoke scaffold solution, to stringent health and safety standards. Our technical department was charged with co-ordinating all building elevation set outs and levels for rain cladding, cedar cladding and architectural wall panels. We also needed to co-ordinate various trades closely, to maximise efficiency and the cost-effectiveness of the scaffold. In fact, we co-ordinated the project so tightly, we were able to hand over to the client earlier than scheduled.
